  1. 01Do I need to pay a deposit?

    There’s no security deposit in most major cities; you pay only the rent.

  2. 02How fast is delivery?

    Usually within 2–4 hours of your order being confirmed.

  3. 03How much is delivery?

    ₹149, ₹199 or ₹399 per rental depending on the product, and it covers both trips: we deliver it and we pick it up. GST is added at checkout. A second delivery attempt, if no one is there to receive it, is charged again.

  4. 04How do monthly payments work?

    Rent is paid in advance, on the same date as your delivery, every month.

  5. 05Can I end a rental early?

    Yes, with 7 days' written notice from your registered email. Our team confirms what's refunded.

  6. 06What is Rentkar Verify?

    A check before your first delivery: your Aadhaar through DigiLocker (done once), then a quick face check and the rental agreement with each rental. It's why we can rent without a security deposit. Start it from My account.
